The Metaphysics of Sexual Dynamics

One of the themes very frequent in my present spate of metaphysical dreams is the recovery of youthful virility that comes along with the recovery of the sexual dynamics. The presence of this vital force as part of the psychic structure is simultaneously warding off the onslaughts of the dark forces that bring along senility and then death. To be sexually active also means living without the fear of death.

Now I must also mention that though from my youth I have been a worshipper of Siva Nadarajah and remain so to this day, most of the metaphysical dreams related to the recovery of youthful vitality are connected with the immensely Black Tirumaal sleeping over the Aticedan, the Usumgal of the Sumerians where it is said also that it is In-Anna who also appears as thus. Thus my metaphysical dreams bring into my consciousness metaphysical processes already there in the depths of the soul and perhaps also in all. Most of the time we remain UNCONSCIOUS of such processes which nevertheless keep on going the partial understanding of which gives rise to various kinds of religious cults, each cult exercising a magical hold on the human mind leading also to various kinds of cultural conflicts.

An objective and an open recovery of these deep and profound metaphysical processes helps us to restore the primordial grounds of all religions and with that pave the way for greater OPENNESS among the people.

The Aticedan with a Thousand Heads and Polygamy

The first step in my recovery was the re-establishment of the Five-Hooded Aticedan on which I repose as the Black Tirumaal and which bring along with it the Deep Sleep with an attendant deep breathing where the intake of oxygenated air ( piraaNan) increase along with the expulsion of air from within with the carbon dioxide and such other vaporous expulsions in the body. Thus what we have is a natural PraNayama, a deep sleep with deep breathing restored so that the biological processes are re-activated leading to building up the body parts that have suffered partial disintegration and so forth.

However as this continues and develops further there is an interesting change. The Aticedan develops not only more and more heads but also the coiled body parts become huge and diamond-like. During this kind of sleep I am shown that my body lies immensely Black but filled with the Ocean of Milk and in which sprouts thousands of five-hooded Aticedan spreading out and filling every part of my body. It is also shown that my feet the palms eyes mouth and the tip of the penis become lotus flowers ( and which is an icon feature of Tirumaal). The focus is the male organ which becomes erect and firm along with the production of a large amount of the seminal fluid which the penis ejects violently just as it is the case during youthful vitality. It is also shown with the thousand-hooded Aticedan thus installed in my Muulam, the groin area, I recover my youthful virility and the sexual dynamics along with it.

We can see that such a man is inherently polygamous and which is allowed in some societies but censored in others. To this day Islam allows for this. But most of the other societies seem to opt for the normal sexuality of the five-hooded Aticedan that perhaps goes along with monogamy.

The Meaning of Youthfulness

This immediately led me to understand what it means to be a youth, a young man capable of sexual activities (even with several women) and whereby he fathers some children. There must be this thousand-hooded Aticedan deep in the Muulam enabling him to enjoy such a sexual dynamics and along with it also enjoy a general energetic disposition (also the combative and aggressive). As I pondered over this, then the picture gradually changes. As a man grows slowly into the old age this Aticedan becomes five-hooded and then finally disappears as it happened to me recently but fortunately restored by Parasakti. I believe the destruction of Aticedan comes along with cessation of BREATHING and hence the onset of death. This is averted by a power above Aticedan and which appears as an immense Ball of Brilliance that I call Parasakti in view of its energization functions

The Disappearance of Sexuality and the Birth of Bakti.

Now I am told that this huge Aticedan as it develops through active family life where there is immense gratification of sexual desires, it gradually becomes the Sun-Moon Complex, the Ravi-Mati of the Siddhas where the raised and radiating heads become the Sun and the coiled body part of the Moon. Here we can see the Natam and Bindu appearing as the Sun and Moon and where there is a full saturation so that the soul becomes androgynous , both Male and Female in equal measures. Thus at this point the sexual dynamics gets transformed into Pure LOVE for all and the whole religious disposition one of Bakti, love unto BEING. The man also becomes a Rishi or Muni with glowing white beard and so forth with no interest at all in worldly matters. Such a man becomes truly spiritual interested only loving BEING and being in union with Him and no other. Such a man though sexually virile amd active but the seminal fluid is such that he cannot impregenat a woman anymore. This is perhaps what is called by Tirumular Vintu Jayam, enjoying the production of seminal fluid but without the impregnating spermatozoa.

Now does all these figure in the case of Females ?

The Totem Lingam and Female Sexuality.

As I lay pondering over this question, it was disclosed to me that the sexual dynamics of females are entirely different and takes a different line of development though the final end is the same The youthful young woman is endowed with a large number of SivalinGkam in her Muulam, something organized into a Totem Lingam and by which a mean a Huge LiGkam with a large Peedam but with thousands of sivaliGkams chiseled on the standing LiGkam.

We can see that this is the origin of polyandry, a way of life in which a woman can enjoy sexual life with many men either simultaneously ( as in matriarchal societies) or one after another as in modern and typical American life.

However as this develops , it becomes simply a huge LiGkam on a circular Peedam with all the little sivaliGkams disappearing and with which we can associate monogamy- a women insisting on only ONE man as her spouse and so forth

Now as she grows older with the normal gratification of sexual desires , this LiGkam also slowly disappears leaving behind only the Peedam, the circular BASE, the Auvudaiyaar, that which is strictly associated with Mother Goddess such as Kamatchi to this day.

This circular base is certainly the Bindu and we have here the old woman without sexual desires as wholly the Bindu, the LiGkam form of Natam disappearing

The Old Woman as Pure Love.

Thus we see that the woman who grows out of sexual desires grows out of the NEED for Natam, the MALE and fully saturated with only BINDU which takes the form of Pure LOVE, something that has been with her all along but along with desire for Natam, the LiGkam. The woman with the Pure Bindu is a MOTHER, a person who knows only LOVE unto all and without any sexual desires at all.

However even here the Auvudaiyaar, the circular Peedam ( the cauldron, pot etc) also becomes the Sun-Moon complex with the Natam bursting into the Bindu making the soul androgynous just as in the case of the male. At this point she also becomes truly spiritual moved only by a love unto BEING and nothing else.

The Metaphysics of Dreams and Visions

One of the most important events in my life happened around the year 1988 when my Third Eye opened up and I began to enjoy an endless series of what I call now metaphysical dreams and which was called, I think, the Njana Pariyaayak Kaadci by the Tamil Jains and Vinjnjaanak Kaadci by the Saivites. This may go along with what are called Lucid Dreams in the West. They are dream-like except that they are had while one is awake but in a kind of meditative mood. In Tirumular there is an extensive discussion on various states of consciousness called Caakkiram ( wakeful alertness) Coppanam ( dream states) Cuzutti ( dreamless deep sleep) Turiyam ( Transcendent states) and Turiyaatiitam ( the absolutely transcendent) . MeykaNdar in his celebrated Botham mentions Caakkiraatiitam, a state of consciousness but absolutely transcendent where all these five different states of consciousness are brought to Ilaadat Taanam, that part of brain, the frontal lobes of clear consciousness. In the symbol of Siva where He sits a Yogi, this state is indicated with the half-closed eyes which focus upon the tip of the nose.

Since 1988 I had many of these states of consciousness faithfully recorded (in Tamil) where the notes now are more than 30,000 hand-written pages. During these years, I have been struggling to UNDERSTAND these states of consciousness and make sense of them for since those days, my life has been governed by such visions where I had no choice but to follow the dictates of these visions.

The Deprivation of Normal Sleep and the Alternatives.

The understanding that eluded me for so long began only recently when my normal state of sleep was destroyed and fortunately were provided with alternative states till the normal sleep was restored. The normal sleep, as I have already mentioned, happens when the Aticedan coils into a massive bed and the soul assuming the shape of Tirumaal enjoys the Sleep of Bliss (aananta cayanam) . So anyone who enjoys deep sleep and wakes up refreshed, in fact enjoy, whether they are aware of it or not, this form of Tirumaal sleeping over Aticedan.

Now in the month of August this year, when I turned 65, something happened where this Aticedan was no more in my Muulam( the groin part? ) and hence I could not assume the shape of Tirumaal and enjoy the very normal deep sleep, the Cuzutti state of consciousness. Now fortunately for me, there was timely interference of Parasakti where, the breathing was allowed to continue with various alternative forms of sleep and during which the Aticedan was rebuilt and which took about 10 days.

I have termed these alternative forms of sleep as Uccadana URakkam ( the sleep that drives away drowsiness) Sakti Uudda URakkam ( the sleep that energizes ) and so forth. Frequently I was shown that I am in fact lying on a bed in the shape of KaNNan, sometimes blue and sometimes black where the cover of the bed was black gold and so forth. The KaNNan ( KrishNa) was a variant of Black Tirumaal and which does almost the same job - doing something whereby there is some kind of energization and removing of the drowsiness.

Now the most important feature of these alternative forms of sleep was the absence of the TOTAL deprivation of consciousness that we enjoy during the Deep Sleep, the Cuzutti. I would lie down on the bed, noting how slowly my soul was withdrawing itself form the senses and hence the whole body with gradual lose of consciousness but somehow without the total lose of consciousness.

It is during such states that I realized the meaning of Deep Sleep, the Cuzutti - it is a state where the soul assumes the shape of Tirumaal and reposes on the Aticedan, if available. This was quite a revelation, an experiential understanding of what I have known only through the study of Tirumular and so forth. This also clarified what is Caakkiram, the state of wakeful alertness - it is a state where the soul is wholly with the body and hence the senses and a state which was indicated also as that facilitated by KaNapathy, resplendent with jewelry and so forth and red in color.

When drowsiness assails this Ganesha would become dark and merge into the shape of Black Tirumaal at which point there would ensue Deep Sleep but otherwise not.

Genesis of Dream States.

Having clarified myself about Caakkiram and Cuzutti, then I posed myself the question: How come there are dreams where there is SEEING and which is indicated by the rapid eye movement and such other bodily changes? As I lay down half-conscious unable to enter the state of Cuzutti, then a vision burst as if the answer.

The soul , like a flame travels through the spinal cord and enters the brain where there are activations of the different parts connected with the senses and drama is enacted (by BEING) and which the soul sees while still asleep. Thus it turns out that during the sleep there is a movement of the soul still within the state of sleep through the spinal cord to the brain but without becoming fully one with the body and which constitutes being awake and alert.

This made sense to me for dreaming is related to sexual experience where something like a mild orgasm is also enjoyed- the penis becomes erect. Frequently also dreams occur after sexual experiences of a kind followed with deep sleep. This also explains why I frequently woke up at the end of a dream - the soul in reaching the brain, can quite quickly spread out into the whole body

The Genesis of Visions

Having gained this metaphysical clarity about dream states, then I wondered about the states of Transductive Perceptions, the state of visions of the Third Eye, the dream-like states but while awake. As I remained in contemplative mood with this question well in my mind, then there was a flow of pictures bursting out as if answering this question.

While awake, sometimes the soul manages to reach that area of the brain that joins the brain-stem , the spinal cord, refusing to move further down and reach the Muulam and which will be a state of Deep Sleep. Thus it looks as though there are parts of the brain that are intimately connected with the body and that during the states of visions, there is the withdrawal of the soul from this state and entering some deeper parts of the brain but always ready to re-enter the whole body if necessary.

Perhaps this part of brain that enables the Visions is the Ten Potu of Tirumular and other Siddhas. It also appears to me that this is the state one enters during the Yoga exercises of the mind where gradually the soul is withdrawn from active commerce with the physical world through the five senses.

This also made sense to me, for frequently , my normal dreams would be accompanied with visions explaining the dream contents but while awakein terms of visions.

Concluding Remarks

Let me conclude this essay by saying that my escaping the forces of death may have something to do with my seventeen years of soul-travel, a divine pilgrimage, into these different states of consciousness helped also by my study of Sacred Tamil. There is the Malam, the Killer Energy which locates itself in the Spinal Cord, springing up as one ages and enters the Muulam and kills off the Aticedan and hence precipitating the end of breathing and hence death. As I busied myself traveling these parts of the body in such metaphysical experiences without fear and faithfully recording the details and wresting out the meanings, the illuminations I gained must have PURIFIED my body and soul through weakening the hold of this Malam and which earned me the Grace of Parasakti where Aticedan and Tirumaal were restored and I continue to enjoy another lease of youthful life as if the twice-born Bramanah ( as indicated in a recent dream)

The Metaphysics of Deep Sleep-1

Despite being a bit repetitive I want to return to the theme of Deep Sleep that is called Cuzutti state of being and which has been explored by the Siddhas and Yogis. I am not a Yogi at all and have not practiced any of the typical asanas or Yogic postures though sometimes I wish I had some training on it. But despite this , and perhaps because I have been an Icon Thinker who has been struggling to wrest out the metaphysical meanings encrypted into iconic or archetypal forms of BEING, I have been blessed with metaphysical dreams that came along with my collapse of good health because of senility and diabetes that perhaps came along with it. For more than two months my struggle has been getting back the normal deep sleep that is in fact refreshing and life rejuvenating and which I enjoy now and because of which I am not only alive but also quite energetic with the gradual restoration of sexual virility.

The Secret of Deep Sleep

It is clear to me now that one enjoys deep sleep only because the thousand- headed Aticedan, the Huge Snake, perhaps the same as the Usumgal of the Sumerians, spreads out a huge bed by coiling itself and letting the soul repose on it in the shape of a huge Black Tirumaal ( VishNu). So perhaps anyone who enjoys Deep Sleep in which the senses are completely cut off from the soul, enjoys this kind of sleep unknown to themselves. Now it also has been disclosed to me that when the sleep is short like the afternoon naps I enjoy, the Aticedan shrinks to a just a few headed snake, the fewer the heads the shorter the sleep. Thus it appears that there is a linkage between the size of the snake the number of heads and the length of deep sleep one enjoys.

Now the Black color of Tirumaal here is not that of the color of Poison, the Killer Energy ( Malam) which unfortunately is also presented as Black. The Black of Tirumaal is Anjcana Amutu, the ambrosia that RESTORES whatever is lost during the activities of the day so that , the soul enjoying such a sleep, wakes up refreshed with the psychic energy restored. Thus Black of Tirumaal is something related to energizing - the supplying of the lost Sakti and which takes numerous forms including the form of sexual libido.

The Forms of the Sea of the Snake

Now since June 28, 2005 when I was placed in an ocean of Pure Waters, lifted from an ocean of dirty waters full of fleshing eating creatures, I enjoyed for about a month various kinds of Deep Sleep all symbolized by the Five hooded Aticedan providing the bed over which my soul reposed as Tirumaal. However during this course, the OCEAN changed - initially black, then bright blue , then Milky Ocean and finally an ocean of diamond waters.

As I had these visions, I struggled tremendously to understand their significance in terms of what is happening to my body.

The Black Ocean is clearly the ocean of Anjcana Amutu ( about which I shall write later) , an ocean that PREVENTS the further DECAY of the bodily processes so that the onset of senility gets arrested . There is then a kind of conservation or preservation of whatever good body condition that remained . Then after a week or so it was followed by the Blue Ocean and which brought along with it a certain joy , a calm and so forth. There was more cheers in life with less pain and miseries. Then it was followed with the Ocean of Milk, the PaaRkadal, the ocean most associated with Tirumaal and His Ananta Cayanam, sleep of joy. During this time there was rebuilding of my body parts so that there was replenishing of the lost parts and so forth. During this time I was shown continuously that I will re-emerge a young man with all the sexual virility restored and along with the ability to function actively again. During this period the major worry was that I lost completely all my sexual appetites and along with it the ability to write metaphysical essays that are intellectually very demanding.

Then came the Ocean of Diamond Waters during the course of which huge diamonds were allowed to flow into my body and spread out the entire frame. This clearly was energization , making the body particularly the inner organs like heart kidneys and so forth very healthy and quite immune to further decay.

The Cure Effected by these Sleeps

Now it was in the course of such sleeps that my left foot was also cured. It had swollen and because the blood supply was limited or cut off it gradually became black in color. I have known cases where people afflicted with chronic diabetes had the same problem and because of which they ended up losing the fingers or even the foot. The blackened parts develop gangrenes and for which there is no solution except to remove the affedted parts by surgery,

Now during the course of such sleeps, I also suffered a tension and pains especially in the evenings. When I pondered over them, I had vision to the effect that all these are only because the energy assumed the shape of Sun-Moon with very strong rays and which entered the left foot and forced out the various blockages and restored the flow of blood into these areas. During this time the doctors who examined my left foot also assured me that there was sufficient flow of the blood so that there is no danger of developing gangrenes and so forth.

Now the brilliant and violent Sun-Moon complex gradually gave way to Black Moon, then Blue Moon and finally the Diamond Moon. I was also told that the presence of the violent Sun-Moon with the powerful rays is like doing a surgical operation to open up the blocked blood vessels and that the Black Moon was the next stage of less pain more calm etc. The Blue Moon was one of cheers where I noted almost no pain at all. However when the Moon became the Diamond Moon, the pain was completely gone with possibly all the blockages overcome and the blood flow was restored to the normal condition. During this time I also observed the black color over my left foot slowly disappearing ( not completely) and assuming the color of the rest of the body.

However the most important change was that there was no more pain in my left foot with perhaps restoration of the blood flow,

However all these did not prevent the temporary collapse of the presence of Aticedan and which I will describe in the next post.

Concluding Remarks

Thus it appears to me that being placed in the Ocean of Clean Waters brings along with it sleep as Tirumaal over the bed of Aticedan but in the ocean of Black Waters Blue Waters, Ocean of Milk and finally that of diamond. Such sleep energizes the body with supplying tremendous amount of psychic energy which assumes the brilliant Sun-Moon, Black Moon Blue Moon and finally Diamond and which are forms of energy that cure the ailing parts of the body, the left foot in my case.

This is the METAPHYSICS of sleep and certainly goes well beyond the brain processes and other such physiological aspects. These are only secondary signs of what are in fact deeply metaphysical, processes that we can understand not through any instrumental measurements but only by enjoying metaphysical dreams and interpreting them

9

The Metaphysics of Deep Sleep-2

At the risk of being a bit repetitious let me recall now the kinds of sleep substitutes I enjoyed when the Aticedan providing the normal Deep Sleep collapsed and disappeared leaving me unable to enjoy the Cuzutti form of deep sleep where there was a natural deprivation of consciousness, the sleep that comes over without one being conscious as such. I was led to be awake in a way but at the same time enjoy states of being whereby it was almost like sleeping but not exactly.’ I was quite aware of the slow reduction of consciousness and coming to a stop right at the point of total loss of consciousness. It was as if I was under the influence of a drug of a kind

I have mentioned this before but now I want describe the metaphysical dreams that accompanied such states and where emerge the difference between the image of KaNNan ( KrishNa) and Tirumaal ( VishNu)

KaNNan as Juvenile Tirumaal.

Despite not being an ardent worshiper of VishNu and related archetypes, the icons that emerged during the various metaphysical dreams were mainly that of Tirumaal and KaNNan where I also realized that the image of KaNNan is a kind of juvenile Tirumaal and which icon facilitates states of consciousness that are sleep substitutes of a kind.

There were MANY different dreams in relation to these substitute sleeps.

The first was being placed on an ordinary bed but with a black cover and over which my soul was led to assume the shape of Black KaNNan The second was the transformation of this where the black gave way to blue and KaNNan too emerged as the Blue KaNNan. The Third was where the cover was golden but KaNNan remained bright blue. Finally I had the cover becoming diamond the body of KaNNan also shining as diamond bright.

These forms of substitute sleeps were graded according to the degree of alertness or Caakkiram state with the black being the most distant almost quite the Cuzutti sleep but just short of it. A state of greater alertness and cheer was that of Blue KaNNan with blue bed cover. The diamond bed-spread and shape indicated a good degree of alertness - the absence of any state resembling sleep or drowsiness.

Now it was not always smooth like this. Sometimes even this was difficult at which point the dream would appear where the bed cover would alternate between black and white where black means a kind of sleep but white means absence of it - it stood for falling as if into sleep and failing to do that.

Sometimes I also was shown dreams in which the Black KaNNan would become Tirumaal and at which I would manage Deep Sleep. There were times also when I would wake up half way and end up with substitute sleeps in the shape of KaNNan and so forth.

Sometimes I was also shown that the Icon that keeps me awake and alert is Vinaayaka and only when his color darkens and the shape become that of Tirumaal, I would enjoy the much needed Deep Sleep

Driving away the Drowsiness

And over and above these I also enjoyed what I call Uccadana URakkam, a short sleep-like esperience that drives away the very drowsiness that these substitute sleeps would induce and at odd times - sometimes even at about 5 pm and where I would be forced to lie down on a bed for an hour or so to get rid of it. At this time I would be shown to lie down on a black bed-spread as black KaNNan but becoming gradually bright Blue KaNNan and at which point the drowsiness would have been driven away and I can wake up and function normally

The Karma and KaNNan

Now during the course of such substitute sleeps I also had a very peculiar kind of dream that kept me puzzled as to its meaning.

I would lie on the bed in the shape of young KaNNan dark or blue but regress into more juvenile forms like child KaNNan, infant KaNNan and so forth. Finally one day the regression reached the shape of the fetus and then just a small ball and at which point an immense Sun-Moon complex with brilliant and sharp rays burst and wiped out completely all these regressive forms of the shape of KaNNan. And interestingly enough at that very point I was placed on a bed of diamond where the shape like Anjaneya , the Farmer with a Strong body, the Man with diamond body and so forth were installed. Sometimes the young and youthful KaNNan also re-emerged as that which contained all these shapes of virility and strength within itself.

How to understand all these?

The regression into the fetus is perhaps going to the genetic factors or the Prabta karma. When the brilliant Sun-Moon complex wiped it out and replaced it with forms of immense strength and virility perhaps what happened was the destruction of Tol Vinai, or the genetic factors that comes at the point of conception itself and which in due course brings about senility decay of body parts and finally death

It looks as though during such forms of substitute sleeps, my Tol Vinai or Prabta karma was destroyed and replaced with something NEW so that I would re-emerge a virile and strong man, youthful again as per many dreams.

Concluding Remarks

It looks to me that ailments such as those I suffred are part of Prabta Karma and which may not be same as the genetic factors. There is something as part of my soul which unfolds as I grow and which at some point in time brings about senility and so forth. The deprivation of Deep Sleep was part of this Karma and it appears that BEING was kind enough to wipe out these and free me to enjoy a new lease of karmas that would allow me to re-emerge virile and youthful again, and enjoy a second lease of life.

Perhaps this was the meaning of the concept of the twice born and which was appropriated wrongly into a feature that defines the caste Brahman and which certainly is not.

I am not a Brahmin by birth but only the son of a humble business man and who was just simply a poor Indian farmer before he migrated to Malaysia

10

The Metaphysics of PraNayama

Let me begin by saying that I have not practiced any kind of Yoga at all except deep metaphysical thinking centering on Icon Thinking. During my recent ailments I also believe that it was this course of thinking that allowed me in a way to recover and regain good health that I am enjoying now with rejuvenation also quite visibly present. I also understand that the root cause of all the good turns to my heath is the Deep Sleep , the Cuzutti form that I began to enjoy a couple of months ago , a sleep in which I repose in the shape of Black Tirumaal, ( the Sumerian Se-ir-ma-al) on the bed provided by the Aticedan whose heads have swelled into a thousand now.

But now I want to recall and mention a transitional state, a state between what I called sleep substitutes in which I repose on a bed of covers of various colors like black blue white gold and so forth and in the shape KaNNan( Krishna) as a kind of Juvenile Tirumaal and where the KaNNan figure merged into that of Tirumaal at times blessing me with Deep Sleep

Deep Breathing and Deep Sleep

During this transitional state I saw that my breathing changed from being something that is normal and which emerged from the lungs part into something deeper and heavier as if emerging from the Muulam, the lower part of the abdomen (where Tirumaal is said to be located). I could easily recognize the difference as it was quite unusual and I was not given to anything like PraNayama where such exercises are indulged with alternating nostrils. Such a yogic exercise is part of KuNdalini Yoga and I have learned about it from some Siddhas and most importantly Tirumular with the Kumpakam, Ireesakam Tambanam etc.

I also noticed that this kind of deep and heavy breathing is the same as that one enjoys after sexual union and ejaculation of semen and after which one falls into deep sleep. As I lay down puzzled by this , metaphysical dreams emerged explaining the details.

It looks as though it is the presence of the huge snake, the Aticedan , the Usumgal of the Sumerians and which is a form of In-anna, in the groin area that is responsible for this and the similarity with the breathing after ejaculation arises because the body parts concerned are the same. Deep Breathing is launched when Aticedan slowly gets formed in the Mulataaram and one begins to breath heavily and deeply when this happens. I was also told during this kind of breathing the inhaling and exhaling also becomes powerful where more PraNavaayu is inhaled and more of the carbon-dioxide air exhaled so that the body as a whole gets more of the oxygen throughout the body. Thus this kind of breathing accelerates considerably the active supply of PraNa and its expulsion after it gets used up in the various body processes. This also increases the circulation of blood throughout the body leading to active rejuvenation of the decaying parts.

The Pain Relieving Function of Deep Breathing

Now at about this time I also discovered that this deep breathing technique can be used to relieve myself from the pains I suffered periodically on my left foot which continued to swell and create a tension and produce pains periodically. Normally such pains developed in the evenings when perhaps the pattern of the blood flow changed with the setting of the sun . I notice that each time such spastic pains began to torture me, I can now get relief from it by exercising this Deep Breathing either lying down or simply sitting on the sofa. It was such a relieve and I practiced it quite assiduously each time such spastic pains set it .

However soon I noticed that it was quite demanding compared to the normal breathing and sometimes I would lay simply with the pain instead of exercising this deep breathing to get rid of it. However after a few days, such pains subsided and I noticed that at that point it became a norm for me to enjoy Deep Sleep and which I noticed also involved deep breathing. The deep breathing bcame integrated with Deep Sleep so that there was a natural relieve from the pains in my left foot.

But why and how such a recovery?

I think and also as per the metaphysical dreams, what deep breathing does is to increase the blood flow especially in my left foot where the pains developed only because the blood supply was hampered for some unknown reasons . The deep breathing forced against the blockages the flow of blood into the those parts in my left foot that suffered lack of blood supply, a condition which if continued would have caused the developments of gangrenes there.

Thus now I see why some Yogis who practice PraNayama claim that it may help to overcome cardiac problems. Perhaps deep breathing strengthens the heart so that it pumps more blood even to the extremities like the foot and with that relieving also the pains that develops there for lack of blood supply This also explains why it is also linked with sexual virility. A man can collapse and die ( as it has been reported in many cases) if he indulges in sex with a weak heart. To be sexually active one must also have a strong heart where the blood supply is sufficiently good not only to facilitate the penile erection but also the recovery of the heart from the tremendous demand put on it during the sexual activity.

We can also see how the Deep Sleep of Aticedan and the Deep Breathing that comes along help one to recover youthful virility

Concluding Remarks

I may not have said all the intricate details unfolded through metaphysical dreams about the secrets of Deep Breathing that accompanies Deep Sleep. But now I can see a lot of substance n KuNdalini Yoga that centers on PraNayama. Deep breathing set in on its own in my case and merged later with Deep Sleep that has become a norm to me now and whereby I not only enjoy good health but also an energetic disposition with interest in sexuality restored. The root cause of it all is the Aticedan the Snake which clearly now is that icon of BEING that allows the creature to BREATH and hence LIVE as such and which in turn leads to the transformation of this basic KuNdalini into the sexual libido and so forth In this way it helps one to enjoy youthful vitality despite the setting in of senility and so forth.
